Who can get into what — and what breaks when they leave
Most small businesses can list their software. Far fewer can say which systems exactly one person can administer, which is the thing that decides how bad a resignation is.
No name, system or admin flag you enter is ever transmitted. The map is built and read entirely in this page. The one request we make is the same anonymous counter every tool here fires — it records that the tool was used and nothing about what you typed. Nothing is saved unless you ask, and then only to this browser. We never ask for a password, a recovery code or an account name; only whether an admin exists and whether MFA is on, which are facts about your setup rather than keys to it.
1. Add your people
First names or initials are enough — this is for you, not for us. Tick the systems each person can sign into, and mark the ones where they are an admin or owner rather than an ordinary user.
Saving this
Keeping it is useful — an access map is only worth having if it is current. But it is a list of your people and what they can reach, so it is yours to decide.
