Should we cancel this subscription?

Two numbers decide most renewals and almost nobody calculates either: what you pay per person who actually uses it, and what you pay per time it gets opened. This works out both, and then hands the decision back to you.

It will not tell you to cancel. It cannot see whether your revenue or an obligation depends on this, and cheap-per-use is not the same as unimportant — a fire extinguisher is the worst value in the building right up until it is the best. Everything you enter stays in this page.
